Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Burn sets chest/shoulders/back today - again. I am loving these new weight training workouts. I added on 100 KB swings.

Long weekend here and I am heading to Ottawa to see the famjam. I'm bringing the dog.

Sherri - love your dedication to work out even with a bruised up foot. I would do the same.

BTW - rest day yesterday - couldn't fall asleep the previous night ugh.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I ventured into a couple of workouts from youtube. Walking Workout #6 Reps to the Rhythm & Core Workout w/Coach Kel. The walking workout had ads every 5 minutes!:mad: The second workout was boring and I only made it through half. I had to do some easier workouts bare footed because today my little toe is swollen and blue. The pain has traveled up to the back of my left calf. The top of my foot is all bruised. It's quite a lovely shade. Any hoot, I was so annoyed at the youtube workouts that I was just done exercising. I should have watched them before doing them.

Hi Ceci and all who follow ,

Today I had 3 ladies for Groove to the Beat circuit which was 49 minutes long. We had fun.

Then I did a mish mash of weight work, cables, dumbbells, calf machine, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It was about 32 minutes.

We will officially be empty nesters at the end of the weekend!!

KY & High Step Circuit - this one is so great for working on advancing step! I was able to use a 12” high Step for step ups today.

Siobhan: I love that weight WO too!

Sherri: Your foot sounds like you really hurt it! I hope it heals quickly. Your experience with YouTube would hav driven me crazy!!
