Hi gals,

I took today off and got a sub for my class.

Hubby and I went to an outdoor gun/muzzleloader/primitive living type show. An old friend of my hubby's was there so we went to see him.
It was humid and we walked around on grass and gravel, up and down hills. Then we went to Cabela's and walked around there including up and down stairs.

Hi Annette! Today I did a bit of cardio but had to stop early because I ran out of time. We're babysitting my daughters 75 pound puppy this weekend. Lots of energy and slobber. Have a great evening.
