Hi ladies,
Today I had 3 ladies and we did my Dance Circuit, it was an older one but still a sweat fest. It was about 50 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes of weight work doing drop sets again but with a heavier weight. This time 17.5 pound dumbbells, chest flies and press 12,10,8,6,4,and 2. Overhead one arm triceps alternating arms same count, one dumbbell holding with both hands for triceps, hammer curls for biceps, lying over head dumbbell for back, shoulder press (but only did 8 and 6 because one arm gave out), and lateral raises using a 7.5 pound dumbbells. Leg press machine and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
