Good morning,
This morning I did Christie Taylor's Totally Hot Cardio (hi/lo aerobics). I'm grumpy this morning. Very grumpy. Woke up this way, and then did a workout that still confuses me at times, choreographically speaking. I should have put in a workout that I know like the back of my hand, but I didn't, and ended up feeling more grumpy than when I started. I hate days like today.

How often do you schedule recovery weeks? And do you do no workouts at all, or just lighter ones?
Wendy - Sensible plan. IMAX Extreme is a great cardio workout; even the compound weights she inserts still keep your heartrate up. I'm curious as to how many calories you will burn with that one.

Conni - LOL!! I do that too, at the end of SB! And it's usually because it's true. I always have a blast with that workout.
Laurie - I have yet to do IMAX3 with the blasts. It looks rather dreadful (in a good way). The step-only premix is fun, though! It might be hard to motivate myself to do it with the blasts, when I'm ready for that.
