Today is BodyMax (1st time)and some CleanMax for me.
Monday I'm going to try cardio and freestyle. Yes Carole I have made up my mind!:7
So this weekend I'll read up on it and get a rotation together for myself.
Family reunion is tomorrow. At least I won't be self concious this year walking around in a bathing suit. That is one big step forward for me.;-)

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today is supposed to be my rest day, but I am off for a quick run ( have some nervous energy that needs to be burned off).

I have the day off from work (well, the day off from my paying job:eek:) and I have CleanMax, LaundryMax and PackingMax to fill up my dayx( .

My middle son leaves for Italy tomorrow, so we have a lot of last minute things to do to get him ready.

Today is mellow cardio day for me...the Gazelle for 20-30 mins and then another 30 minutes of Cathe cardio.

I think I will try Imax Extreme tomorrow }( and rest on Sunday this week.

Good Morning Everyone!

Last night I did Boot Camp, I think I am still sweating this morning from that one! I think I am going to take today off. I am babysitting a friends son today and a contractor is coming out to start building our deck today. And tonight, I am going to my friends house to bring her dinner (she just had her baby!). Anyway, hope you have a great day and a wonderful weekend!
 
Good morning everybody,

Well this week has pretty much been a bust for me. I haven't done a formal w/o since Tuesday (ME). My RA is flaring big time in my wrists and I've had to go back on prednisone to calm this flare down. Apparently I am failing the med I am on now and will have to go to the next (and last) one available to me since I've tried everything else (Humira injections). :-(

Looking at my calendar, I was in need of a recovery week anyway so my body just forced me into it. Hopefully the prednisone will take hold and I'll be able to do a w/o this evening. Will definitely be cardio, gotta get that cardio in!!!:)

Sorry such a downer check-in when this is suppose to be a "woohoo" checkin, but just feeling a little blue.
 
Hi Jane. Sorry to hear that your RA is causing you not to work out. Like you said though, you were in need for a recovery week, so just look at it that way. Enjoy your cardio workout tonight. Hope you start feeling better soon.

Tammy....it just isn't fair when we take a day off from work we still have all that other work around the house!!??

Wendy...Imax Ex is pure cardio delight....with a bit of weights!!

Jane....we all have blue days...nothing wrong with that..I am sorry your RA has flared back up..I hope you feel better soon...:)

Sandra...Happy B-Day to your DD!! Hope her tonsilitis is better soon. Most of the time I read the last of this thread at night...:)

I am doing HSC today but might throw in a couple of Imax2 intervals after the HSC cardio sections, kinda like on the Hardcore Extreme DVD...

Morning ladies and happy Friday!!! Last night I decided to do some abs, so I did the ab section of ME. This morning was IMAX 3. I'm wiped out now. Off to go put some food in my body and lots and lots of water! Hope everyone has a great day. Tomorrow is my rest day. I'm going to need it!

Today was SB and AB hits 6. I always say the end phrase with her, you know, the one about" having a blast?"

Good Morning: I see some of my all time faves being done today.

Kali enjoy BodyMax, I think it's a great workout either done at once or in chunks as add ons. I love the step portion, and the circuits, and the upper body and ......well I just love this workout:)

Emily RS has some of my favourite choreography, I love the challenge.

Carole, that sounds like a heart thumping, muscle pumping mish mosh, enjoy!}(

Today was IMAX3, ME abs and stretch. I sweat buckets and felt a bit shaky in my quads by the end of it. I'm still learning to love IMAX3, I was going to do IMAX but figured the best was to start loving #3 is to JUST DO IT!!!!

I'm off to work now and still have the post workout glow in my cheeks, makes folks wonder what I've been up to;-) :7

Last night was Bootcamp. Today is a forced rest day and DD and I are travelling to a friend's cottage in beautiful Muskoka this afternoon. I brought KM and KPC with me so hopefully I will get a chance to do them this weekend.

Hi Laurie...I think maybe my mish mosh won't be as tough as any of A-Jocks!!

I did Imax the other day. WOW! I forgot how tough this 1st Imax was. For the first time though I made it thru all the plie jacks...interval 4 I think...talk about shaking!!...:)...Carole
 
Jane- Sorry you are going through so much trouble. I know it will get better.


I had doing floor legs of LG on the agenda yesterday, but was so sore from doing PH the day before, I just couldn't. I decided to listen to my body. But I have to do supersets today and even though sore I will attempt it.

Good morning,

This morning I did Christie Taylor's Totally Hot Cardio (hi/lo aerobics). I'm grumpy this morning. Very grumpy. Woke up this way, and then did a workout that still confuses me at times, choreographically speaking. I should have put in a workout that I know like the back of my hand, but I didn't, and ended up feeling more grumpy than when I started. I hate days like today.

Kali - enjoy BodyMax. It's a toughie!

Jane - sorry to hear you're not doing very well :( How often do you schedule recovery weeks? And do you do no workouts at all, or just lighter ones?

Wendy - Sensible plan. IMAX Extreme is a great cardio workout; even the compound weights she inserts still keep your heartrate up. I'm curious as to how many calories you will burn with that one.

Carole - Thank you! Your workout today sounds really neat. Have fun with that!!

Conni - LOL!! I do that too, at the end of SB! And it's usually because it's true. I always have a blast with that workout.

Laurie - I have yet to do IMAX3 with the blasts. It looks rather dreadful (in a good way). The step-only premix is fun, though! It might be hard to motivate myself to do it with the blasts, when I'm ready for that.

Sandra---I'll post the calorie burn tomorrow from IMAX extreme...unless I chicken out! :p The Viper had an awesome calorie burn. I can't imagine it getting much better than that! :)
