Hi gals,
Today in my class I had 2 and we did the 150+ bpm Freestyle Kickboxing workout. It was 55 minutes of sweat!! But we had fun.
Then I did 48 minutes of weight work all drop sets starting at 12 reps using 15 pound dumbbells for chest press and flies, hammer with a twist, one arm at a time overhead for triceps, and lying overhead for back, did 12,10,8,6 and 4 reps.
Then with 10 pound dumbbells I did drop sets for shoulder press and Arnold press each arm separately, then tricep kickbacks.
Then the leg press machine and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
