Today's workouts:

Blender- "Fabric Band/Loop- Guns & Glutes" - 24 min.
VideoStride- "Hawaii" Treadmill walk- 25 min.

That's it. I'm gonna pull out my old 5 disc dvd changer/player and maybe start using it again (if it works, which it should) Used it all the time "pre-blender" days, you can load up to 5 different dvds and then program it to play chapters from any of the workouts, etc in any order you want. I do dvd programming on my single dvd players, but this one you can go up to 5! Just something different, but it's a big ole player......:)

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home because my shoulder was hurting from yesterday's workout.

So on Wednesday I had seen that Billy had a new workout out so today I tried it.

Looks like he is in a gym of some sorts now no longer his carport or garage so the participants had more room to move.

Anyway, it was good wore my boxing gloves for the 1st 20 minutes, then took them off. Sweating buckets with the humidity even though the house is 79°F.

It was good overall could use some balancing in each side but there were kicks which were almost nonexistent before. At the end there was floorwork for legs and abs.

It was 57 minutes long with only 1 series of commercials thrown in. Sorry can't find the name of it.
