Blender- "Fabric Band/Loop- Guns & Glutes" - 24 min.
VideoStride- "Hawaii" Treadmill walk- 25 min.
That's it. I'm gonna pull out my old 5 disc dvd changer/player and maybe start using it again (if it works, which it should) Used it all the time "pre-blender" days, you can load up to 5 different dvds and then program it to play chapters from any of the workouts, etc in any order you want. I do dvd programming on my single dvd players, but this one you can go up to 5! Just something different, but it's a big ole player......
