Hi good morning Jane, Tammy and everyone who post later. I have just done Turbo Jam cardio party nº 1, Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout and Turbo Jam ab jam. Later I will ride my stationary bike.

Tammy, have fun with Low Max! I just did that one the other day. Great work out. After freestyling for a month I built up endurance in my legs to the point where Low Max blasts aren't as "painful"! :+

Jane, well there are no words for a person who does IMAX 3 at 4am! I am speechless and humbled!:) Can't wait to see your pic trail!;)

Mariangeles, so when are you going to get a new set of work outs that you can add to your signature line? ;)

I have changed my plan since receiving the Slim Series yesterday...

Today will be Firm It Up an a minimum 30 mins of a Cathe Cardio.

I'm not sure if Imax 3 should be allowed at 4 am!!!! I decided to sleep in today but plan on working out tonight and taking a nice long bath afterwards!

All step and some walking lunges (150 I think) and Total Body Streching.

I estimated that I could do around 50 walking lunges straight down the hallway at work. Much better than the 10 in my basement.

Another day of rest for me. My triceps are almost healed, but not quite and I don't want to push it too soon. Tomorrow I can finally start again. I was going to do IMAX 2 this morning, so I will save it for tomorrow. Sigh, this is so frustrating! I'm so anxious to get into a regular routine again.

Great workouts ladies! I'm jealous!:7

Hello ladies-

I did Step Heat today and felt it was a bit easier to catch onto. I will get it slowly but surely! I woke up at 4am and did it but my 3 month old woke up and was hungry so I had to cut it 10 min short. :(

I am looking forward to getting more workouts in as this rotation continues!!!

Howdy again.

I'm about to do some stepping. Going to keep the impact to a minimum.

Did Firm It Up as scheduled this morning and let me say that this work out is NO JOKE! I didn't even use any weights (ankle weights are optional) and the burn was INCREDIBLE!!! It takes lots of muscle endurance in the lower body to complete this work out! If not for the freestyle I have been doing, I don't think I could have completed it! :eek:

Hello and Happy Friday to everyone,

Today was IMAX3 Step only Premix and GS Legs Floorworrk. Yesterday was an unplanned rest day.

I received P90X and Turbojams yesterday. I did the learn and burn today, and it was fun despite my awkward tucking. It also came with a free YBB Live Hip Hop Abs which I watched and will try one day. I think I'm starting P90X on Monday, but it looks like it will involve a lot of planning (i.e. meals, grocery shopping, fitness test) if I want to make the most of it. I'll keep you posted. :)

Hi all,

Hodge podge of a workout, but I was cold in the house to start so to warm up I did the 8 min. taebo then I went ahead with my leg workout and did PLB calves and floorwork, and stretch, then did abs off of MIS then threw in Leaner Legs' warmup for good measure and ended with the 8 min. taebo again. Kinda mixed up but it works and I got a workout in so there.LOL!!

I only ran 3 miles today as I was so down about not being able to get online. Geeze..I must be addicted!!! But so happy to be working again...missed you guys...:)...Carole
