Friday already ladies!

I worked last night so didn't think I would get up this morning but... I did!

Today I did another mish mosh of Mike D. 4 tabatas + Mike D. 10 minute KB workout + Cathe pyramid upper body biceps/shoulders + my own stretch. Standing ovation for Mike D. workouts.

Have a great day everyone. loved all the workouts yesterday and yes, some of you are tall! like models :)
 
Hi Ceci , We got snow! Not too much but some.

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 3 ladies who braved the weather. We did the whole workout (this is the one I can cut short but they wanted the whole thing) 60 minutes . Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.

Are you talking about Mike Donavanik? He has a special right now for a free month of his streaming service then $7.99 each month. His workouts are NO BS!!! Tough stuff! I'm seriously tempted. Anyway...today I did Cathe's Cardio supersets w/ the step bonus. It felt great!!
 
Good evening girls. I've been busy blending more workouts, believe it or not, I just finished blending # 201 !!! That's right, I have 201
Workout Blender workouts. I told you I love that thing !! :) Except for changes I might make in the ones I have, I probably won't blend
any new ones now, until the new Fit Tower dvds come out., I think I read where they will be put in the blender, unlike the 3 workouts
that came with the tower. Can't wait ! While I really like the ones with the tower, I want to be able to add Tower segments into my
existing workouts so I can get more use out of the Tower, especially since I have both the old one & new one. I was able to do a 20 min.
workout on my rebounder this evening, felt I needed to "bounce" around :) Have a good evening everyone....

I've been really considering this. Just unsure how up to his endurance I am right now.

This morning I did Anastasiya Goers/youtube 25 minute Pilates At the Wall. Tonight I did most of S&S Cardio Slam, although with neighbours below me, this is not the best one to execute. Not too sure how often I will use this workout, even though the length is ideal. Far too much jumping all over the place. I think I prefer more controlled plyo like STS Plyo.
