Good morning girls.......Hope this finds everyone well..........

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Functional Lower Body" - 43 min.
Blender- "Toy Store Abs/Core #2" - 10 min.

That'll be it for today. Got to get my hair trimmed this AM. Have a good day!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did KCM Circuit Burn, I started with the combined premix but ended at 43 minutes plus the cooldown (I fastforwarded to it) so it ended up being about 47 minutes so not bad.

If you saw a theme this week, then you saw that all my at home workouts were circuit workouts so I basically did some type of weights everyday this week. I should feel this one with all the legwork.

Well, I should add some abs in too.

I will check back in once I do the abs she has in a separate menu.

Ok, add in almost 6 minutes of some grueling ab work, my heart rate is up, wow!!

Finished now, whew!!

Ok add on 2 hours of undecorating and reorganizing everything ( it felt like everything) going up and down the steps, plus vacuuming the mess I made. Whew!! Only a few pieces need a new home until next year.

Today I did STS 2.0 Body Parts Shoulders for 41 minutes; Bonus Shoulder for 7 minutes; STS 2.0 Abs no equipment for 10 minutes and ended with Step Boss extended lying stretch.

Hee hee….well, it is a blender abs workout using all kind of “toys” from my “toy store”!!
like weight plate, mini ball, med ball, stability ball, etc….depends on how many toys
I want to”play” with. I try to be creative :)
