Good morning ladies! "Extra" waves to Anita, we haven't heard from you for a few days, hope you are doing ok & all is well! Check in when you can!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1 & 2 -Total Body" -28 min.
Peloton "Mixed Stacked" - 30 min. consisting of: 5 min. Treadmill Warmup, 10 min. Treadmill Hike, 10 min. Low Impact Ride, & 5 min. Post-Ride Stretch.

Enjoy your day.....I have hair trim appt today. Yikes, it's been about 2 months! and it's driving me nuts. The guy that does my hair closed his salon at the end of the year because they up'd the rent on him. & I had to wait until he went somewhere else, he didn't re-open his own salon again, but went in with another one, so I was able to get in today. Yay!

Yep — doing great just swamped.

Wednesday was STS Meso 1, Week 4, Disc 11, Back and Triceps, 53 minutes

Thursday was IMAX 3, all step premix, 35 minutes

Today is probably IMAX 3 again. If you can’t tell, I really enjoy step :D It keeps my brain busy while I sweat so I am tricked into working out. LOL

Looked over everyone’s work — LOOKS GREAT! Keep on keeping on, powerhouses!

I get run over by children and schedules and home school some days so I don’t have time to check in or I simply just forget — it is 100% not personal, pinkie promise.
 
Great workouts Anita, so glad all is well! :). I love step too, just don’t seem to get it in as
often as I used too. Like I said before, “too many workouts, not enough time “! :)

I'm so glad you got in touch with your stylist again and have an appointment today of much deserved pampering with a hair trim, enjoy.
I think everyone finds getting one's hair done is like therapy and you feel so fantastic afterwards.

Anita- We missed you the last couple of days. So glad all is well with you just very busy. You juggle a lot of things every day with grace and sense of humor, God bless you for allthat you do.

Hi ladies,

Today was a 'I don't wanna but I gotta ' kind of day.

So I did about 32 minutes of a FIIT Basic Kickboxing but it was too basic and slow so I stopped about halfway through. Then I found a Taebo Elite Max workout on YouTube and I did about 20 minutes of it, it was mostly weight exercises with cardio intervals, when he went to burpees I was done. So roughly 52 minutes of Taebo /Kickboxing/ Weights workout.

Good Late Afternoon and waves to Everyone! I enjoyed reading about all of your workouts!

I love step too, especially Cathe’s step! I’ve been missing it terribly this month and my plan for next month has space to add some back in. I can’t wait!

We’ve had a very busy day but I managed to get out to our gym. I did my favorite 25m Pilates Reformer session followed by a 15m Pilates Reformer flexibility session. More relaxing than challenging.

It will be interesting to see my blood readings tomorrow. I’m learning which types of exercise put my body into the best chemistry. PHA totally rules!

No worries about me continuing to flap my jaws about my medical program here. I’ll stick to blabbing about it in my blog. I’m just very excited because I can see and feel the benefits.
 
Lannette, the information you provide is very interesting & I hope the readings tomorrow
are all you hope for!!

Nice relaxing workouts with a 25 Min. Pilates Reformer session & a 15m Pilates Reformer flexibility session. Sounds good….:)
