YT-Virtual Exercise Channel- "Vellinge Town Center, Vellinge, Sweden" Treadmill Walk- 19 min.
Interval Timer App- "15 min. RL Jump Rope & Cardio Tabatas
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout

All Cardio Day!

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. I was feeling like Nora - too much DOMS. Today I did a 5 minute Cathe warm-up from LMR2 for LB and then completed a 35 minute lower body KB workout from YT. I will stretch now.

Linda - WTG with your variety of cardio workouts :)
Nora - I'm with you about needing a rest day! you come back stronger after a rest day
Annette - I feel for you! So many older workers are just over the whole working 9 to 5 thing and want some freedom. I wouldn't want to go back to work either if I was you. My DH is a workaholic and even he is talking about wanting to retire from his job in the next couple of years.

Nice workout as well, Siobhan, with a 5 minute Cathe warm-up from LMR2 for LB and then a 35 minute lower body KB workout from YT. I am assuming that "KB" is a kettlebell workout, you've been doing alot of those
lately.:) I like using KB, matter of fact, I have a short KB workout coming up Monday!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was another 81 min gym circuit consisting of shoulder work including a shoulder machine, dumbbells for shoulder press, side laterals, Arnold press, seated clean and press, rear shoulders, and shrugs.

Then 18 minutes on the elliptical, then 4 leg machines (leg extension and curl, calf machine and Incline leg press).

Then finished with floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes with a stretch.

Great workout, Annette, with another 81 min gym circuit consisting of shoulder work, then 18 minutes on the elliptical, followed by 4 leg machines & finishing with floorwork for abs,legs and glutes with a stretch.
Job Well Done! Yes, I agree, I believe it's gonna be a mess weather-wise, for awhile. Not to happy about that, but hopefully it will be ok.

Annette- WOW!!! You go girl with those 81 min gym circuit workouts, amazing stuff. Today's circuit targeted : Shoulder work (machine), db's for shoulders both press and laterals, Arnold press, rear shoulders, and shrugs. Plus 8 min cardio with elliptical, and 4 leg machines to add to the mix. Finish 81 min gym circuit consisting of shoulder work including a shoulder machine, dumbbells for shoulder press, side laterals, Arnold press, seated clean and press, rear shoulders, and shrugs. Then finished with floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes with a stretch. Bravo and high fives!! You are awesome, WTG!! Have blessed evening;) Brace for snow storm and be ready, take care;)

Nicki- Waves hello! I hope all is well with you.

No workout today for me, as I've been fighting the start of a cold DH has, which means rest. I'm still recovering from my Cathe Intensity Series Muscle Endurance - Express Workout DOMS, OMG!! I think I earned my DOMS equivalent of a purple heart. My bi's and tri's are sore only to be upped by extreme Ab DOMS, Yikes!! So need less to say I needed to rest today as well. If I'm up to it I may do a bike tomorrow and or a mobility stretch, we'll see how I feel.
