Today's workouts:

KCM-Cardio Fit -Metabolic dvd mix- 18 min.
YT- Coach Ali- 20 min. Full Body Weight Plate workout
Blender- Floor Core #3- 11 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Core Crusher EMOM

Hi ladies,

Today was pretty much a repeat of Tuesday's workout, little heavier on some exercises and I did do 2 leg machines. Sled was up to 12 plates. It was a 90 minute gym circuit.

Glad I got a workout in today.

My face and legs rashes are eczema according to the NP I saw yesterday . I have prescriptions and new cleaning and moisturizing regiment, sigh.

Annette, always good workouts with your 90 minute gym circuit workout.
Glad to know you found out what your rash was. Now you can treat it. I get it about the new routine. Soon, it will be second nature and you won' even think about it.

Today, I did Butts and Guts for 78 minutes. Forgot how tough this one is and I really enjoyed it. Followed it up with Step Boss Extended Stretch.
Will be taking a rest day tomorrow - having another open house:(
