Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Weights,Cardio and more Weights 2 routine to 9 ladies for an hour.
Then I did 55 minutes of total body weight work including barbell for chest, dumbbells for back,biceps , chest flies and triceps, cable work for shoulders, and 1 all of upper body exercise. Then hit the floor for abs, legs and glutes.
Now home to change, eat and go grocery shopping.
