Hi everybody! I started the thread then got busy with my morning routine I forgot to come back and check in. Today is my last Chalene workout. Lean circuit 1. I did the rotation and tried to eat better tho that was a challenge. I notice definite fat loss and increased strength. I can curl 15 lbs db for 8 reps! Size 8 pants fit better in some cases down to size 6. I added a little more cardio when I could and varied it. I am pleased with results. My husband now doing it.
I found Turbo fire on Craigslist for $50 new. I might give in...
I plan to start Cathe rotation using the newest DVDs on Sunday.
