Blender- "Lower Body Roller, Upper Body Tubing, & Core Balance Discs" - 27 min.
Blender add-on: "New Shoulders Finisher" - 8 min.
IFit- "Canyon Overlook Trail elliptical hike, Zion National Park, Utah" - 16 min.

That's it! Hair appt this morning...yay!

Yeah, it seems a lot of us have our hair appts fairly close together…. I think Annette had
one just recently. Just a trim for me, I haven’t had it highlighted for several years, it
seems to be “highlighting” all by itself! ;)
 
Total Body Barbell on the rotation today! LOVE this one! I did Premix #1 which includes the Plate Bonus.

Today was Fitness Kombat 45 which was 57 minutes long. It was good, but this one was only music, no sound with the instructor so not sure what was up with that. Not that it matters since I can't understand him but still.

Yes, my new perm is a week old today.

Hi ladies,

I forgot to post today. I did not get tot do my workout today as planned. My DH and youngest son were working on installing a home security system and had stuff all over my workout area, so no worries it became a unplanned rest day. So no workout to report today, but my workout area is now back together so I can workout tomorrow.

Annette- Fun stuff today workout wise with:

Fitness Kombat 45 = 57 minutes. Wow there must've been a problem with recording instructor's audio instruction. Music is good to have but I'd have missed the audio portion. Glad that did not hinder your enjoyment with this workout. Great job on your workout today and double high fives;)
