Today's workouts:

Blender- "All About #2: Rear Lunges, Clutch Curls, & Mermaids" - 18 min.
Int. Timer App workout- "Upper Body Weights & Ski Machine Intervals Workout" - 27 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe live for core (it was challenging - 26 minutes) and added on Afterburn single set only (no warm-up or cool down - 20 minutes and I'm sweating!).

Great mash up this morning, Linda! What the heck is a mermaid?
Annette - another successful workout at the gym, always pushing yourself :)
Nora - I've gotta check out that Jessica Smith walking workout. I'm guessing it's on YT
Deanna - I love Cathe but I'm not a fan of her yoga workouts. I prefer Boho Beautiful and subscribe

What the heck is a mermaid?
Hee, Hee, the mermaid is the core exercise that you sit, kinda' in a 90/90 position, and use something that will slide, with one hand on it, one arm overhead and do side oblique bends out & back. She does mermaids in FitSplit Abs with a gliding disc, she does them in the STS2 bonus weight plate floor abs with a weight plate, and in one of the new LMR workouts with a foam roller. You've probably done them one time or another.

One of my favorite ab exercises!

Hi ladies,

Well, I did an hour of Ultimate Taebo (yes the 1st part ends at 58 minutes but I added 2 minutes of a cooldown standing stretch to make it 60 minutes), with my wrist weights on for all of it.

Now I need to freshen up and get ready for my doctor's appointment.

STS 2.0 Giant Sets was on the rotation schedule for today. I chose Premix Extreme #1 which has an extra round of unilateral. This was my 2nd time doing this workout & as always, I love it!

Deanna, STS 2.0 Giant Sets rotation - you are right - a good one!

Today I did STS Cardio Circuit. I had to modify some of the leg moves but the leg seems to be good so far. I put the Cathe March 2025 rotation on my calendar and that was the first workout. I'm hoping I will be able to finish it.

Sorry for the short responses tonight. A bit tired.
