Good Morning Everyone,

I am taking another full rest week. I will resume working out on Monday. I hope to feel more myself by then. I miss my workouts and checking in with everyone.

Blender- "Total Body Weights" - 25 min.- Sounds like fun, nice mix ;)
IFit- "Bike & Box Workout #3" - 34 min.- You know I'm loving the sounds of this my two favorites Bike & Boxing;)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycle- LIVE Indoor Cycling Workout!- 45-minute Indoor Cycling Class + ENCORE! = 50 Min- *** I had to skip this because I lost Internet but I subbed Cathe's Cycle Power

Cycle Power = 48 Min

Friday's workout:

Taebo - Celebrity Fit Sculpt = 44 Min
Coffeyfit Raw- More Than Just Strength- Workout #2 Balance, Strength & Core= 35 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I did another new to me Fitness Kombat I found after subscribing to the workouts. It was Aerobox Xtreme Mix 26 which was 52 minutes and had weights, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It had a nice fun factor.

Then I felt why not do more, so I found CDORNER 's latest Cardio Kickboxing abd did it, not sure it was even on both sides but it was 41 minutes of exercise so I'll take it.

Now I am finished.

Siobhan, hope you feel more like yourself soon.

Nora, Taebo - a good one. I had the VHS series and have no idea where they are now. Maybe I can get on UTube. I forget about so many workouts until I hear them in a post.

Annette, you are a monster! I admire your tenacity. Hope to get back to working out soon. I miss it. Even walking hurts. :(

I had to report back. I had to cancel today's scheduled workout. My son built a fire in the fireplace and made it so hot it sort of became my personal kryptonite with MS. I can't take hot temps it messes with my balance etc... So, enlight of that I had to cancel my workout today. I do plan to workout tomorrow with Bike and Weights.

I so get that! I have to cool the house down after my husband leaves to work in order to exercise. I prefer temps around 65, he prefers 75. I can't exercise in the heat either. And I Don't have MS. Just menopause. I hope you have a fantastic workout today!
