Today I did another new to me Fitness Kombat I found after subscribing to the workouts. It was Aerobox Xtreme Mix 26 which was 52 minutes and had weights, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It had a nice fun factor.
Then I felt why not do more, so I found CDORNER 's latest Cardio Kickboxing abd did it, not sure it was even on both sides but it was 41 minutes of exercise so I'll take it.
Now I am finished.

Deanna, love the premix option you chose.LiTe PHA2 on the schedule for today. I chose Premix #5 which has the main program, biceps, core & stretch.

I so get that! I have to cool the house down after my husband leaves to work in order to exercise. I prefer temps around 65, he prefers 75. I can't exercise in the heat either. And I Don't have MS. Just menopause. I hope you have a fantastic workout today!Hi ladies
I had to report back. I had to cancel today's scheduled workout. My son built a fire in the fireplace and made it so hot it sort of became my personal kryptonite with MS. I can't take hot temps it messes with my balance etc... So, enlight of that I had to cancel my workout today. I do plan to workout tomorrow with Bike and Weights.
