Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic/ kickbox circuit class to 4 ladies, not sure where everyone was, it was an hour.

Then I did my own circuit workout of about 20 minutes of weight work, then 10 minutes on the stair machine then 10 minutes of more weight work including abs, then 10 on the bike and then a stretch of about 10 minutes.

I am done.

I could not workout again today. I went to the dr. I have bronchitis. I hope to be able to do something tomorrow.

Hi ladies!

I am back or at least I hope I am.

I was off work sick at the end of last week. This week I returned to work, despite not being super fit.

Just my commute by bike and taking the stairs, combined with my workload and the basketball trainings I give was exhausting enough.

I have missed my workouts BIG time so I have of course been thinking about what's next and reading reviews and all the check ins.

Shiobhan - should you not be taking a break if you I have bronchitis? I am no doctor so I don't know... I am just wondering.

Annette - perhaps more people have the flu?
Good job on all your classes. Wish it was me!

Today I saw an ad on Facebook for Gethealthutv with Chris Freytag. She has a coupon going so a year gold membership is 20 dollars instead of 134.

Never one to miss out on a bargain I couldn't not jump on this offer.

I did a Chris Freytag cardio kickboxing live workout tonight using that GHUTV.

Not Cathe, but still a good w/o. I like Chris. It's new this streaming. In fact the live w/o I did was the first one, so who knows what more will come.

Whoa! Bronchitis? Oh hell no! No workout young lady!! Been there, seriously just rest. Henriette I'm glad you're on the mend. Annette, your workouts humble me. I probably couldn't do it. I did Circuit Blast today. It was just right. Shorter in lengthy so I added more stretching. Have a great Friday everyone!
 
Oh and one of my ladies turned 75 today and was in class this morning. [emoji3]

Hello, sorry I didn't check in this week. Wow, it flew by. I did a 30 minute run today and 30 minutes step and I think I've pulled my hamstring which I have never done before. Ouch.

This weekend I have testing on the bike, which is intense and no fun at all.

Rest, it's hard, I know....I was able to get in a 30 min. Blender Kickbox Training workout this evening. Felt good.

Today, I did another circuit (lower body-Legs) operation SWEAT for charity workout on youtube cause she is awesome! I just added on some super heavy barbell suitcase squats as I'm working on asymmetrical strength in my glutes & hips.
