Daily Check-in Friday, February 14th, 2025

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

I got back from Ottawa Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately, my DH got whatever has been going around and has been in bed all week. This means I have TO DO EVERYTHING!!! I am not used to doing everything. Yesterday I walked the dog in the morning and had to shovel for about 40 minutes just to be able to walk to the road. We got soooo much snow - about 20 cm. I am not working out again today as my schedule has been thrown off by sleeping in and walking the dog. Maybe I'll squeeze something in this weekend but I'm not planning on it. I'll be back at it all come Monday!!!! Glad to see everyone keeping up their workouts :).

Welcome back Siobhan! Hope you had a good trip and sorry that your DH has been sick...I hear you on the
snow and shoveling! Enjoy a rest filled weekend!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Mobility, Pilates, & Core Fusion" -29 min.
IFit- "Valentine's Self-Love" Rowing workout - 20 min.

That's it....I think I am going to try to do a CatheLive each week, probably on Sat. morning...I did one last
week, so hopefully tomorrow. We shall see if that works........

Hey ladies,

Today was Fitness Kombat mix 52 which was 56:39 minutes long. Had lots of fun easier to follow combos plus weight work and floorwork with a nice 5 minute stretch. I liked this one, only a few things I modified for low impact or I did something similar.

Glad to see Siobhan back with us, though sorry that your hubby is sick. Please don't let him share.

I am soooooo sore!! My abs hurt, hurts to go from sitting to standing, oh my!!!! The foot that normally doesn't hurt, hurts. Yes, I am on a pity party right now but I don't complain often. And my triceps hurt too.

Ok back to your regularly scheduled exercise posting.
 
LMR Functional Total Body was on the rotation for today. I did go a bit heavier this time. The workout time FLEW by!
