VideoSki- 10 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon skier workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Boho Beautiful Yogalates for 45 minutes. I needed a good yoga stretch.

Linda - another great mish mosh of a workout this morning. How are you doing these days?
Deanna - great to see checking in with 2.0 for Upper Body. I can't stop using those workouts. They are amazing
Annette - stellar effort at the gym yesterday
Nora - great workout yesterday!

How are you doing these days?
Well, ok I guess. I have my break-downs........and it's a terrible feeling.......grief, totally lost, sick feeling...as long as I attempt to keep busy, I can function.........but it's hard to keep doing things constantly......and I keep thinking about "our" schedule and how I need to do this or that for Jack........and even tho' he might have been resting, etc., & I was doing something, exercising, cleaning, etc., I always told him what I was going to do and constantly talked to him, etc. Anyway, as crazy as it may sound, I still am doing that, cause if I don't, I feel like I am "ignoring" him and I never did that. I am still having problems sleeping, etc. and when I go out somewhere, I still am having issues with realizing that I don't have to hurry to get back home. I think I experienced all this with my loss of CoCo before, so it's not new to me. Thanks for asking.

Deanna, nice STS 2 Upper Body workout. Both of the upper body workouts are good! Well, all the STS2
workouts are good!

Hi ladies,

Today I did Taebo's Get Amped workout which is 32 minutes and I had on my wrist weights. Short and sweet for this Friday before Christmas.

Nice workouts ladies, Linda, grief hits in waves as long as you realize what you are doing then I think that is a good sign.

Not sure about tomorrow.

Ripped w/HiiT- Bonus Abs One= 10 Min

Today was Step Boss IMAX 4 Premix #3. LOVE that extended chair stretch! I did the Cardio Bonus from LM&R Functional Mobility first. It was a wonderful cardio warm up! Perfect for this aging body to get a little extra warm up!
