Hi ladies,

Great week of workouts girls!! Sure helps with all the stress of the holidays!

Today was RWH Low Impact Hiit 2 and core 1.
Different than one but just as effective, great use of weights in both of these workouts. Been very pleased with this series so far..
 
Hi Conni,

Today I had a short workout for me too. It was the remaining workout from back/biceps/shoulders - biceps and shoulders + a 10 minute pilates segment from Suzanne Bowen's 10 minute solution - pilates.

Happy Friday ladies!! I started out with a morning walk with the dogs, then Lauren Brooks KB Revelation workout #1; added in 5 chin ups and 5 pull ups at the end.

Got to finish the Christmas shopping.....

High five on the workouts this week.
