Never done any of the HCXtremes yet. That one is still a virgin on my shelf. Is it any good?

Did an easy PUB UP premix this morning. Incl. abs.

And just walked both my pups during my lunchbreak. I'm lucky I work 4 car minutes away from home. It takes Spikey a bit of time to get used to Spooky, but today they were having a lot of fun with all the leaves on the ground ;-)

Hello everyone. Well my rest day was nice and I decided to sleep in this morning also! I'll either work out when I get home or add it on to tomorrow. I just found out that I get Jan 2 off so I will have a nice long break that starts next friday!!!

Tammy...I will be doing that one Tomorrow!

Yesterday: kpc cardio conditioning premix, L&G explosive lunges/plie' squats and inner thigh lifts, BC upper body only.

Today: step for cardio, legs and abs.

Dutchie...I think you'd like HC Ex....not on a running day though!! That is great you got Spikey a friend...:)...if you have time can you send me a pic of Spooky?

I am doing Freestyle legwork, shoulders, bi's and tri's, abs and a 3 mile run.

Hi Dutchie!

The HCXtremes are tough. My least favorite it the one I did today. My favorite is the first one - Interval Circuits. The 2nd one, Hi/Lo is fun too!

Give them a try, they will leave you a sweaty mess.

I'm crawling off to the shower now!

Hi Everyone,

I did KPC warm up thru intermediate intendity drills, all three combos, the timesaver standing leg work and the abs.

I only have L&G and KPC on VHS. I really need the DVD. hmmmm maybe as a christmas gift to myself.


No school for my kids today. x( I really had a lot of things to do. Oh well, at least I got to workout:D

Hi all,

I did a hodge podge of leg work today, I did PLB warmup, then the floorwork, then did all the plie squats off of Legs and Glutes along with cross behind lunges and the standing ankle weight work and abs off of MIS. About 42 min. worth of legs and abs.:D

LM today.

I'm feeling really good with this SH rotation. I took yesterday off. Felt very good. SH C/B tomorrow and Sunday is Imax (2 or 3)
 
No Robyn you aren't last today!! I am!. 9:45 and I'm done. MIC step and 200 walking lunges. Woohoo!!

Elaine - the KPC/LG DVD is a must have. You will not believe the premixes on that thing!!!!
 
Hi gals...

Today I ended up doing Step Jam on a 6" step, the PLB up premix w/light weights and omitting the floor work, 50 extra weighted lunges and finally PUB ab work but I traded in the stability ball plank work for regular floor planks thank you very much!:p

Tomorrow is supposed to be kickbox for cardio, non-weighted leg/lower body work and upper body but I don't know what kind of time I'll have...busy day tomorrow...I would say I'll get up with the chickens to get it done but I know that is doubtful on a weekend...we shall see...I will call it a rest day if I have no time, no biggie...
