Hi ladies,
Today I lead my Interval 2 routine to 7 ladies for an hour.
Then I did 60 minutes of weight work, barbell, cable,dumbbells and floorwork. With a spotter I managed to get 110 off the rack and partially down 2 times, tried for 3 but my spotter had to grab it for me. It was a vast improvement though so I will take it.
