Good morning everyone,

I finally did a short workout today. I did Cathe's push/pull for 32 minutes only. I have not been in the mood to workout this week. My menopausal symptoms have been acting up lately, keeping me up at night. I am finally on bio-identical hormones, taking progesterone cream. All the other stuff eventually stopped working. We shall see what this stuff brings. I had to see someone out of the city in order to get a quick appt. It was a great experience, nonetheless.

I hope the meds work for you, keep working out strong - it helps with all those nasty symptoms.

Today was a rest day - Yoga Warrior with Bob Harper, again! This is my kind of yoga!
 
Hi gals,

I did 43 min. of the Ultimate Taebo workout half with weighted gloves on. Burned a bunch of calories so I am happy and my weight is coming down also so that makes me doubly happy, LOL!!:D
