Good Morning!

Editing to add my KY. I was so excited about my weight WO that I forgot I had done it. RWH Lift it HiiT it Back, Biceps, Shoulders - Cathe really outdid herself with the RWH WOs. They are, what did we used to say? A party in a box! In this case, a dvd box. I’ve continued to add an easy Classical Stretch in the evening. I’m finding that it really clears any DOMS.

Hi all

Today was Total Body Giant Sets Live and a Sydney Cummings stretch. I have a massage today that I am super stoked about :)

A very large majority of NJ still does not have power since Tuesday. I feel really bad for these folks as it is humid here. Not to mention all the people trying to work remotely.

Hi gals,

Today I had 3 ladies show up and we did my mixed BPM Freestyle kickboxing workout which was 48 minutes.

Then I did a very good 47 minute weight work out using dumbbells, the weighted medicine balls, the calf machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Very nice.

Now to grocery shop, oh boy. Home first to eat and change clothes.

I was thinking about this very thing. My son lives in Philly & he & his GF work from home. His power is ok but if it wasn’t he’d lose a day, or more of work.

It’s not just humid in the Philly/Jersey area. It’s hot! Hope you’re staying cool Lisa!

Sorry to be MIA. I was on vacation in Ottawa until day's end Wednesday. I worked out yesterday - Milhoy upper body for 1 hour+ today I did Cathe live - 30 minutes of a lower body workout + her pyramid pump bi's/tri's and chest.

I hope to check in tomorrow. Glad to see everyone keeping up.

and no power in NJ? we didn't hear about that. that's brutal. whoa.
