Today I was at the gym early because I had to take son to work at 8:30.
So I did a long weight workout, an hour long. Focused on chest press, managed 8 reps at 65 pounds, 6 reps at 75 pounds, 4 reps at 85 pounds, 2 reps at 95 pounds, 2 at 100, 2 at 105, then 1 rep at 110 pounds, took longer breaks between weight changes. Still not nearly where I was but better than nothing and I didn't tax my shoulder which was a big plus.
I also did triceps, and some leg machines and finished with floorwork abs.
Then I taught my Dance Circuit to 7 ladies for 48 minutes which is a tough one for me because I face away from my group so therefore I have to talk louder and that is tiring.
Normally I don't do it that way but the moves are too tricky for them to follow if I am facing them.
So now I am home and I ate now I need to change clothes.
