Hi ladies,

Today I did an advance Taebo Sculpt and Bootcamp (I think that is the name) off YouTube. It was 52 minutes of grueling weight exercise (thankfully light dumbbells) and then done at a cardio pace so a Taebo Circuit per se. I will feel it it later for sure.

I have a doctor's appointment at 1:45 so I was just hoping to get something in before needing to leave.

We didn’t leave yet, so I thought I would check in before our mini vacation begins.

2019 Cathe Roadtrip Leg Day (#258). I was quite surprised how challenging this one was since it was a roadtrip class. Really enjoyed it! Used dumbbells, gliding disc and resistance loop. Followed with an intense 15 minute hike on the treadmill. This one really got my heart rate up! We’re leaving once my daughter gets home from work. The weather looks to be gorgeous.

Annette, good workout! I did not know Taebo had Sculpt and Bootcamp. Sounds interesting. Might have to try that!

ChelePa, Leg Day! Nice - that is what I am really needing right now. I have not been able to do a leg workout in many months. Had another chiro appt Thursday and he did a few differnet things this time. Felt good afterwards for two days and now hurting again. He did say it would take a minute so I am keeping positive that it will go away at some point.
Again, Good workout!!
