Good morning everyone,
I am drenched in sweat.....
This morning I did 4DS bi's and tri's (blew off the burn set which is round 5). Next I did Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn workout 1 sans abs which is 30 minutes. I just love this guy's workouts. Tough but no dread.
Conni - Goodness gracious, how are you doing with your DH being in hospital for so many days and no real answers? We are thinking about you....
Carmen - I will be watching for your workout today. I hope it's a tough, long one.
Annette - any news? how many more days left on the gym membership?
It's Friday ladies - that's something to be thankful for. Work is busy beyond. I am a homeless caseworker and it's been major crises (sp?) this week. Exhausting but meaningful at the same time.
