Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live touch up training lower body. Love Cathe.

I worked out yesterday as well - Milhoy - total body weights (did something to my neck ugh)

Lisa - cardio supersets? That is one of my fave's
Mad-dog - as Cathe says "just you wait..." - you start with a few, then buy more and more and more......... until you have access to 1000 workouts on any given day - maybe 2000 :( Have you checked out total fitness dvds?

Have a great day everyone. I am officially working from home as of today. My employer sent us all home likely until at least 2021 due to fears around an uptick in covid cases which is already happening out west. Fall is coming so they are fearing a resurgence. So happy!

Siobhan - Hope your neck feels better! I’m glad your employer is prioritizing your health.

Mad-dog - I’m playing with the idea of adding some non-cathe WOs to my rotation so I’m interested in seeing what you use.

I’m not even going to share how many DVDs I own. It’s a scary number but they are beautifully organized, well loved and most will see use now that I’m able to use them again. They’re almost like a photo album of my WO life, which now spans around 40 years.

Restorative day for me and I’m ready for it! A little KY & gentle CS or Qigong only.

Hi everyone,

Today was Latin Step w/Fit Outside the Box. Love Karla!! I like Cathe's step too and I am working my way up to being able to do more of her step routines. I stopped doing step after my back injury 16 years ago, and just recently decided to give it a whirl again. So far so good. It has not aggravated any nerve pain. Yea!!

The smoke is not so bad today, although it is still hazy. It gave me a horrible headache yesterday afternoon. I am still waiting to hear from a friend who had to evacuate his residence. He said it was a 50/50 chance they would lose the house. I can't imagine how that feels. Fingers crossed!

Hi gang,

Today I had 2 ladies show up and we did my Tribal Circuit 1 which was 44 minutes long. One of the 2 left midway because her balance was off.

Then I did 37 minutes on the elliptical .

And finished with 30 minutes of weight work including barbell, dumbbells, cables and 2 leg machines for thighs, and floorwork for abs and glutes.

Whew!! I was a glutton for punishment today.

Now home to eat and go grocery shopping.

Now I have a lump on my shin bone, not sure what is going on with my body, might just be age,sigh.
