Daily Check-in Friday August 14. 2020

Hi ladies,

Today I had 4 and we did my Cardio Dance Party Circuit for 45 minutes.

Then I did a full body weight work out for an hour. Including dumbbell work, barbell work, leg machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Missed the cables but it was a busy area today.

Today was KY & CTX Power Circuit.

Lisa I did the same workout - Cathe's latest - only the standing work. It was Uhmazing! More of this please!

I added on 10 minutes of jump rope. Really digging jumprope.
