Hi ladies,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 7 ladies for 50 minutes. It is one of my more fun workouts lots of movement.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including abs. I really felt the PT yesterday after I got home and was in serious pain.

Today I have a MRI at 4:45.

Hi Annette. I've always heard that PT hurts. I guess you're using muscles that are weak and need help. As always be careful. Today I did Mindy Mylrea Intensity overload with toys, last 3 segments then Cathes Fit tower Legs, glutes and core. Hope everyone is well. Have a great day! Be kind to each other, we all need it.

Today I just did moving-in stuff which was hard enough with the smoke lingering in the air & some DIY balance exercise.
