Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday so no workout for me. And yes, we had so much flash flooding in the city that main roads are closed. Took me 50 minutes to drive 3 km yesterday. ridiculous.

Today I did more SSOD cycling - 30 minutes + Cathe's Fit splits shoulders/tris/chest.

Hi ladies,

Today I had to take son to work by 8:30 am so I was at the gym super early for me.

I started with my weight workout and went slightly heavier but at a slower pace still babying my left shoulder. Nothing hurt to the point of needing to stop. I did some leg machines and ended with floorwork abs and legs. This was an hour long.

Then I took a 45 minute break before teaching my Interval 2 workout to 7 ladies for an hour.

I. AM. BEAT!

Overcast today.

I can't remember if I checked in yesterday- was feeling terrible and it was kind of a blur.A little improved today- enough to do Cardio HIIT Metabolic Live. Thanks for the inspiration Lisa- it was really fun. The time flew by.
Hottest day I ever remember here- luckily the basement is staying cool.
