Today's workouts:

Blender- "Pyramid Pump Shoulders & Lower Body Intervals" - 18 min.
CatheLive- "CORE-iffic" - 33 min.

Hi ladies,

So like I said yesterday, they are thinking a pinched nerve in my cervical spine so I am barred from upper body weights till it is better.

So with that said I found an all kicking workout on YouTube (didn't want to tax my arm with punching). It was called Kicking Workout to Burn Fat Fast the guy's name was Bent Pinkeez possibly all one word. It was 43 minutes of kicking for 2 minutes rest for 30 seconds with lots of airborne moves which I found some doable and some not so doable. But I worked up a good sweat because it was intense. All different types of kicks and combos.

So I got my cardio in today. It is some what better I have more control, fine motor skills in my fingers is still off.

Glad your arm is feeling a little better Annette…take care & rest it…good job getting in
a lower body kicking workout on YT for 43 min. Yes, that was definitely a good cardio
workout.

Annette- I'm sure that's frustrating no weights for now. I understand about having fine motor skills in one hand being off. My right hand and leg are my issue due to MS. Hang in there, feel better soon. I'll keep you in my prayers:)
