Hi ladies,
Today was an 83 minute gym circuit consisting of the shoulder machine with 20 pounds on each side and I did several variations on this machine.
Then I did the leg extension machine from 40 pounds up to 70 pounds, then I did the leg curl machine from 40 to 55 pounds.
Then I did dumbbells for Arnold press, seated clean and press, and shoulder press using 10's and 12.5's. One set of shoulder press was done with 15's doing 1 arm at a time. Shrugs with 25's . And side laterals with 10's and 12.5.
Then I did the hip abduction machine and the calf machine (I got stuck on the calf machine because the rubber was catching on the lever and I couldn't lift the 45 pound plate higher enough to clear the rubber piece (the piece was loose). Finally one of the workers helped me out. I did not want to drop the lever.
Then I did the new sled routine starting with 1 plate and then increasing to 2, 45's and a 25. Over the shoulder pull, push back, repeat with heavier weight, then strap pull facing the sled and pulling it towards me. Then rope pulled it to me and finished with a seated rope pull.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
I think that is enough.
My reflux is better I have slept well the past 2 nights. I made meatloaf overthe weekend and am wondering if the meatloaf doesn't like me, sigh. I so love meatloaf sandwiches.
