Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- " STS 1-Upper Body Express" - 27 min.
STS 1- Extended Stretch - 15 min.

That's it for me..........

Nora, another great combo yesterday with LMRE2 - PHA Cardio Fusion = 36 Min and
LIS- Cardio Supersets = 41 Min... Yay!

I have a workout planned for tomorrow- Sat AM, we'll see if I get it done!

Nicki, is your doggie being a good "nurse" for you? :)

Everyone have a good day!

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I had trouble sleeping the previous few nights. I solved the problem - my dog Strudel loves to bury herself into the side of one of us and I've realized it can't be me - I need space :). That said, I slept well last night 'cos she slept next to my DH.

Today I did STS Meso 3 week 3 squat rack legs for 1 hour. I love STS! Deezie is so stunningly beautiful (inside and out with her warm, cute smiles).

Linda - Great minds think alike. You did some version of STS too this a.m. :)
Annette - congrats on your good news. I'm so happy you've been cleared to go back to the gym. yeah.
Nora - WTG with yesterday's mix (more LMR2 :) ).
Nicki - It's so nice to see you checking in and reporting that you're in recovery and doing well. I'm so happy for you! So much anticipation about the surgery and it's now behind you. Phew.

Have a great day everyone.

Hi ladies,

As soon as I hit the gym today my DOMS from yesterday's workout kick in.

But I managed a 66 minute gym circuit consisting of machines for back and the chest flye machine plus rear delts.

Then went light on chest flyes and press with 10's and 15's. Lying overhead for back. Shoulder press with 15's. Arnold press with 10's and 15's, side laterals with 10's and 15's.

2 legs machines, inner thigh and calf machines.

Sled pulled with rope and floorwork.

Then finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a nice stretch.

Have a great day!!

Great workout, Siobhan, with your hour long STS Meso 3 squat rack legs! Wow!

Annette, didn’t take you long to get back in the “gym groove” :). Nice 66 min circuit
of weights, machines & cardio!

Hi ladies, happy T.G.I.F!

Linda- Great job on your fun workout today with:

Blender- " STS 1-Upper Body Express" - 27 min.-Nice Blender, good stuff!
STS 1- Extended Stretch - 15 min. Oh gotta love those stretch sessions:)

If you workout tomorrow have a fun workout. If not enjoy the rest day or weekend;)

Siobhan- Oh it's good you took a rest day yesterday to catch up on sleep.
Nicely done on today's workout with:

STS Meso 3 week 3 squat rack legs= 60 Min - Bravo on that challenging leg work.
Yes, I completely agree STS is awesome & I do enjoy Deezie and warmth and smile, she's fun.

Aww you have a bed hog dog. We've had a version of that with our Luna, she's a couch spot stealer. If you get up to do something for a moment and return she's taken your spot.
She'll look at you as if to say what, it's mine now not giving it up. Then you have to nudge her to give a little room, or DH makes her go follow him and she'll leave and I can get my spot back.
It's for of a game for her I think and then she'll sit next to me and cuddle. Dogs are fun and they all have a personality to make things interesting. Have a wonderful evening;)

Annette- Good job on your 66 min circuit workout with weights, machines & sled cardio. Bravo on your workout and keeping weights light and no plates on sled (just pulling on floor). Then finished up with floorwork abs, legs and glutes with a good stretch. That's a very good workout. You said your her rate got up to 100. Just careful to make sure to not get out of breath and take care! Good job at the gym today WTG & high fives! Have a blessed evening;)

Well, I did not get to workout today. It was a busy day and I had to give DH and youngest adult son haircuts. My MS fatigue was very apparent as it is when exhausted balances issues, dexterity with fingers and numbness in hand. I need some recovery now.

Nicki- Waves hope you are feeling a little better each day. Sending prayers & healing wishes for you post-surgery recovery:) Have a good evening & hello's to Maisy your adorable little dog. (I hope I remembered her name right)

Enjoy your Friday night ladies;)
