LMR- Functional Pilates Fusion dvd mix- 14 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 10 min. Ropeless Jump Rope & Rebounder workout
That's it. I do plan on doing a workout tomorrow (Saturday) morning...we'll see if that happens.
