Daily Check-In Friday 9/30

Good Morning Ladies!

I can't sleep so I figured I'd start the check-in for the day!

Yesterday was the 81 min. sb/sjp step & weights circuit. All I can say WOW! What a work out! I burned up almost 700 calories doing that baby!!!}( }( }(

Today is cardio plus some abs if need be. Thinking of possibly doing Step Works but will do it in it's entirety this time. The last time (and only time, as a matter of fact!) I did it, I only did the first 20 mins b/c my rotation only called for a short cardio that day...

Heading out to mom's for a visit in the morning...but if I don't get some sleep soon I may not make it! x(

Oh well...TTYAL!:)

Yesterday was RS and 15 min. of abs.
Today is the new low impact step and a 30 minute run.
I'm thinking of subbing lowmax w/o blasts....I need to see if the times are close to the same .....

I'm so glad the weekends almost here!! It's been a long week!

Wendy - your w/o's are looking fantastic!!

Yesterday was RS and 15 minutes of AB Hits. I did the one with the planks and reverse planks in it, YIKES... those reverse planks are definitely something I need work on.

Today I have low impact step with a 30 minute run like Becky since we are coming to the end of the Sept rotation. I subbed LowMax last Saturday for this w/o and I thought it was a good fit Becky. Today, though, since I've already done that substitution, I am subbing the Step Blast premix, combos 1, 2, 3 only.

TGIF!!!! This has been a long week.

Wendy: Wow again-your workouts are smokin'! I hope you found some rest last night. If not, maybe a nap today when Joey goes down for his.

Becky: Almost done w/the rotation....did you get the results you wanted?

Jane: Are you going to do the October rotation?

Carole: I saw over in the DVD thread that you have workout logs. I am in the midst of putting together a binder, and I am missing some logs. When I figure out which ones I need, can I pm you w/my list and email address?

G'morning my fitness friends! TGIF!

I don't think any workout for today. I have done two S&H workouts this week, my first time, and boy is it leaving me sore! I think I'll take it easy and hit the gym with DH over the weekend.

Today is another playgroup at 3. Boy, this has been an active playgroup week ;)

I did GS Legs this morning, but a had to modify a little due to time restraints. I had to go to work x( . It still was a good workout though.

Good morning everyone, happy Friday to you all as well!

Today was Low Impact Step, and 25 minutes of Christi Solid Gold Cardio, and 11 minutes of Ab hits.

I am doing Bootcamp tomorrow, I think, instead of the mishmosh that Cathe has planned. That combo just doesn't hit me, I guess.
Sunday will be Coremax 3 and Stretchmax, then hopefully Monday will start a new rotation.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was shoulder work with 10# doing 3 sets of 15 for all: Underhanded db press, Lateral Raise, Upright Row and Bent-over Lateral Raise. Also did Core Max 1 and 2. Chest and Back I did in the middle of the day, going heavier on back and less for Chest...ya'll know chest is my weak spot and I don't care!

Today will be Legs and Glutes, 50 squats with 85lbs and KPC!!!

I took a rest day yesterday. My first in 26 days. It was a mistake.

Tonight will be Bootcamp plus Kickmax high intensity drills.

Hi good morning everyone. Yesterday I did Tone it up of the slim series, TJ 20 minutes workout, TAEBO bootcamp cardio live and 40 minutes in my stationary bike.

Today I will do Cool it of (slim series), PHH abs and the TJ cardio party nº 1. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hello everyone!

Today is my oldest' birthday! :) :) I can't it has been 5 years since I welcomed my sweet girl into this world!

Today I did ME.

Ms. Limecat: I can't believe you did 26 days in a row! I noticed that I took 6 rest days in September. But I've also been working about 60 hours a week, so I guess it's par for the course.

No workout for me, it was too cold in the house to workout and I still can't wear my shoes in order to do cardio to warm myself up,sigh. I will do chest and back tomorrow after dh turns the heat on this evening.;(

Good evening everyone.

Today I ended up doing this:

Step Works w/u and combos 1 & 2
Low Max Blast Only Premix in full + cool down & stretch

GREAT work out! I was dripping with sweat by the time it was over! Clocked just under 50 minutes not including the w/u, c/d and stretch.
Wasn't wearing HRM though so I don't know about the calorie burn.

Tomorrow is my rest day!:)

Sunday I will do something and then on Monday I am starting Cathe's October rotation! :+
 
hey ladies. i did my first workout in a week today. i did mm upperbody premix and the floorwork from GS legs. i love that one. i miss checking in and i can't wait to go home so i will have all of my workout equipment. has anyone heard from Sandra?
