Goooood morning all you fit ladies,

First of, my kids have totally forgotten it's my birthday today. So I expect you ladies to make up for it cause I'm feeling a little sorry for myself ;(

Second, I have the biggest biceps in this household :p Son no. 2 had a biology class yesterday and they discussed muscles. When he came home he wanted his biceps measured. Then ofcourse his brother's. And sure he had the biggest, he measured mine. I've been reminding them all day yesterday :)

Did GS-Back+Biceps today and Coremax 3. My that's a tough one. Gotta go, got some friends over for a birthday lunch, and I will take my kids out to dinner tonight. Not that they deserve it.

The biggest biceps in the family sounds like a great birthday persent to me. Eat a big piece of cake as I hear that birthday cake encourages muscle growth.:p :p :7 :7 :9 :+

Last night was going to be a scheduled rest day but I did Step Blast instead.

Tonight will either be: Shoulder work, floor leg work and a stretch or a circuit.

Hi Suzanne!

Last night I wanted to give Power Hour a try but ofcourse, I didn't get home until after 7pm and I started doing "baby things"...by the time I was ready to work out it was 9pm...a little late for a full hour work out for me so I did PUB Down Only Premix instead. Needed to get the upper body in this week regardless so it worked out ok.

That's probably it for me for work outs until Sunday now. Have lots going on until then...Lmaze class starts tonight for one thing OH BOY! I'm scared now! lol :p

Suzanne - when you say you're doing SM and CM, do you mean the WHOLE thing, or just segments?

Wendy - have fun with your Lamaze class! Isn't playing with baby stuff fun? Just a warning - once the baby is born you're going to get to the end of every day wondering where the heck it went (and also why you're still in your pjs!).

Tammy - have fun with IM3!

Last night I did the warm-up and blasts from LM and then the power circuit segment from Body Max, along with the ab section.

Tonight is MM.

Yesterday was Stretch #3. I went house hunting all day, so I just felt like taking it as a rest day.

Today I did GS CH/TRI & a run.

I am so excited. We are looking to buy a house near the water. We live in the country right now. Now that school's out, I can spend my time looking for my perfect little house!

This morning was GS Chest & Triceps. Oh the fatigue! ;) Cathe clearly knows that my upper body is wimpy and is trying to whip me into shape as quickly as possible. I am going to be so sore tonight and tomorrow. DOMS Deluxe! :)
 
Good Morning Fit Women,

Procrastinating today as I decided to run for 30 mins non stop before the rain comes. Just finished, and here comes the rain!

Arms are still unusually achy from yard work...even still! I am going to try to get back into my routine tomorrow. I just know I got to rest them for now as I felt shooting pains from shoulder down to wrist on my right arm, and forearm is still tender.....STUPID TILLER!!x(
Well can't wait until garden is in so I am go on like usual.

Jes - BC first thing in the morning after a late night of painting?? You ROCK! (or you're just high from the fumes...)

Suzanne - That's quite a workout you have planned today! I know you break it up over the day. Do you find that on a workout day like today, you get really hungry?

Wendy - you got your PH dvd already? Right on! Let us know how you like it! I never took a lamaze class. I'll be interested in hearing whether it ultimately helped you or not.

Hi everyone:

I am just going to do 1 segment of each CoreMax and StretchMax. That would a lot of abs even for me to do in one sitting. Sometimes I get more hungry after long, hard workouts; but usually I dont eat more. I just sleep a lot more. I love to sleep.
 
Today will be SS then abs. I havent decided on what cardio to do today. Maybe I will just run on my treadmill for 45 minutes or so. Dutchie Happy Birthday! TGIF indeed. Too bad the weather looks like yuck for the weekend:(

Have to make this quick--today I did ME. It was just the right intensity for me today, being my 6th day in a row. My upper body feels pleasantly spent right now.

Tomorrow is rest day and Sunday I dig into the Terminator DVD for the first time!

Boybert, you did IMAX 2 AND ME???? Wow, that is amazing!! I don't know if I would be able to get down the steps! lol

Dutchie, happy birthday! I hope you have a great day. I have two boys, too, and what I do for MY birthday is take myself shopping and buy some very nice jewelry from them... guilt-free shopping and they learn a valuable lesson (ok, maybe not, but you get to keep the jewelry).

KPC in full for me today. Yahoo! I love that workout. Cathe is absolutely evil in it, though!! I did notice today that even she is flagging by the end of that third combo...

I did PUB Chest and Back then attempted to do CTX Step and Intervals but only made it through the step portion and stretch. My feet were hurting sooo bad that I didn't even try the interval section. I am beginning to wonder if I should just give up stepping completely. I did however make it through IMAX 1 on Tuesday so I don't know what the matter is with my feet. :( ;( It wasn't pain but just severe soreness and fatigue in the feet really. Maybe since I haven't stepped in sooo long that they just need to re acclamate (sp?) to stepping again. I really don't know anymore.:-(
