Dutchie, I sure hope that your bowels get "fixed"! When my don't work right, I am not a happy person to be around, so I hope that you start feeling better soon!

i have a lot of catch-up to do, I haven't really posted all week.

Sun. 3.75 mile run with DD on bike
Mon. C&W plus Buns of Steel 3 with music blasting because the vid's just sucks
Tues. KPC combos plus KM intensity drills
Wed. off
Thur. 3.5 mile run
Today is MM

It is going to be such a beautiful day, I think that I will add rollerblading to today's workout so the kids and I can spend some time outside and get them some excercise, too.

I did PUB this morning. Love the biceps on this one - because I love the way Cathe is grimacing in pain! LOL! ;) It's so nice to know I'm not the only one hurting during those endless curls.

Quick pop in today...getting ready to leave for the day, going to the zoo with a young friend to celebrate her birthday. :)

I did 25 minutes of yoga this AM. I'll be doing lots of walking today, so I'm not worried about skipping my cardio workout this morning. I'll do a short one tomorrow to balance it out, before I start rearranging my living room- which will be a w/o in itself! lol

To whom ever said they ate iceceam and kripy creme HOLY COW :) That you can do that and not be sick is awesome or Should I say awful! I don't want to encourage you:) I walk past a kripy kreme shop and gain weight from the smell...lol

Today will be core work from abhits then cardio will be HSC upping the weights that cathe uses to make it harder. Then Chest and back from fittv. I won powerhour/MIS/Bodymax on ebay for ten dollars cheaper then new. I am anxious to get this. What do you ladies think of the workouts on this dvd?

I did the Bonus Combo from Bootcamp/ME (as you DEMANDED!!! :p ) and all of Imax 2. I was feeling a little guilty for the Oreo McFlurry I had last night, plus I probably won't get in a good workout for another couple days. I'm bringing videos with me anyway, just in case....plus a band....and some ankle weights...... :p

I'M SWEATING ALL OVER THE KEYBOARD!!! I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY NOW, EVIL ONE!!! }( }( }(

Dutchie I am glad that you think you have figured out your problem and for your sake I pray that you are correct. Can't help you with running I don't run,:+ .

I did PS Back (yes it was feeling better today) and I did Cardio Kicks for my cardio, decided to give my abs a day off,LOL!!:7

It is a beautiful day today!!:D

Wow! The Hall of Fame for Evil Eating! In my defense, it was a truly weak moment. I usually have pretty good discipline. And, there wasn't an unclean eating thread yesterday, so I didn't feel guilty until this morning....I know, lame excuses. BUT, it was really, really tasty!

Thanks for going the extra mile for me.

well, i did imax3 step only. i just do not like this workout. i don't know what it is. i much prefer imax 2 for some reason. tomorrow is ME and treadmill
