Gooooood Morning ladies,
It will be 30C overhere. It's hot already, so I ran very early this morning when it was only a very nice 13C. Did a lovely almost 7K run. Added CTX UB and one of the CTX ab w/o's that's on that dvd.
Now I've been thinking about my bowel problems, and the only thing that changed in the past 4 or 5 weeks was that I started taking my hayfever medication late April. So I'm thinking maybe that's why. Have to check with my doctor, but they are on strike so I won't speak to him till next week (btw they do treat emergencies). I have been taking this medication for the past five years and never had any problems though.
And you know what.... I thought I was the worlds slowest runner cause last sunday I ran for 2:23 hours and only covered 18.5K. Now I've been wondering about my times lately so I measured the distance with Map24. Turnes out I ran more then 20.6K last Sunday which totally makes sense with my running time. Man, I almost ran a 1/2 mary!!! This means I really have to recalibrate my Polar HRM.
So what do you think. Should I try for another 20K this Sunday? Or should I follow my original training plan which calls for 18K??
Hope you enjoy just as beautiful a day as I am,
Dutchie
