Beautiful Spring day...
Did S&H/PUB/PS back+biceps this morning. Managed to up the weights on the bb curls in S&H to 13KG (28.6 american pounds). This darn bicep vein is extending to the shoulder now. Don't like those veins showing. I'm glad it only shows when I'm working out
I added KPC ABS, but my arms were fried and I couldn't do the pikes on the s.ball. Will give it another try this afternoon.
And I will do L&G + the Low Max blasts this afternoon OR I'll go for a 6K skate ride and then add the Low Max blasts and maybe the ankle weight exercises from L&G. Don't know yet.
Have a marvellous sunny day. I'm off shopping for some new running socks.
