Tammy, I'm also scheduled to do Core Synergistics today. Any tips on how to accomplish plank to chaturanga run? I just can't seem to hold the chaturanga position.
Shannon, don't you love getting new workouts?! BTW what did you end up making with the barley?
FYI Carole, my new running shoes are GREAT!!!! I couldn't wait until Monday. I went out to the park today to check out the trail, and just walk it a little so it wouldn't be a complete shock on Monday (I can't help it, I'm a planner.) I'm so glad I did. The park had a lot of hurricane damage, and I just didn't get a good vibe from it with so many trees gone. I went to the park closer to my house, and it was wonderful. I ended up doing a 40min run/walk. Since it was overcast, the sun wasn't beaming, and the breeze off the lake was wonderful. I could have gone longer, but this is supposed to be my recovery week. Anyway, so far I feel great. I don't feel like I've been pounded into the ground like I usually do after a run outside. (FWIW The extra cardio was totally necessary due to consumption of birthday cake and chinese food while celebrating my dd's b-day last night.

Today is Core Synergistics, and I already completed a 40min run/walk.
