Good morning!

Today calls for RS but as much as I love it, I think I'm going to attempt the step cardio only premix of LIS/HIS. I have done LIS and have watched HIS (which I know I'm going to be stumbling all over the place on that one). Hopefully I'll get a good workout running to catch up!
 
Hi Everyone!:)

Life keeps intruding and I didn't work out again yesterday!!;(

This morning I plan on a doing both cardio AND weights , maybe a CC tomorrow and bike and abs Sunday ?? At least that's the plan!

I can't wait for Novembers rotation to come out ! I still haven't not even VIEWED any of the new workouts....and just done step from LIS. Loved it and can't wait to see more !!!:7 :7

Phyllis, Sorry about the lack of motivation this morning. It happens. Go ahead and write out that rotation. I know it helps me!

Jane, I am with you on the tricky choreo of HIS but I also had a hard time with LIS...A HARDER time with it, as a matter of fact!

Becky, Don't ya just hate it when life gets in the way of a work out!? :-(

I have 4DS C&B on tap. I may or may not do HIS with it. If I don't I will definately sub in a different cardio wether it be another short Cathe step or maybe in a BBC cardio!? }(

Happy Friday,

Today was ME, a nice change from the 4DS, I missed a solid total body weight workout!

The rotation for November should be interesting, I am looking forward to trying out some of the 4DS premixes.

Have a great day, DH and I are having a date night at his hotel, I am looking forward to hitting the treadmill for a change tomorrow.
 
Hi gals,

I managed a lower body workout today. I did select legwork off of Muscle Max and floorwork off of PLB today, plus abwork and stretch off of MIS for my workout.

Next Tuesday I am going to our new Gold's Gym for a free workout with a trainer. I will see how that goes. We can't afford for me to join right now but a free workout is always nice.:7
 
I ended up doing Step and Intervals in place of HIS today. I did the warm up from HIS and was trippin' over myself so I decided that's where it should end!:p

I upped the weight in C&B on 3 exercises I had gone a bit too light in last time and actually lowered weight in one as well. I love working chest and back!}(

S and I was fun. Easy steps and a great sweat. Just my cup of tea for the day. Hadn't done it in ages so it was a great blast from the past!:)
 
I did it! Double cardio from LIS/HIS. Since this is the second time for LIS, I nailed it. YIPPEE. I was able to do the step sweep which on the first time I did LIS, the left side step sweep gave me trouble.

Now HIS is another story. I actually did pretty well on combos 1 and 2... I was on the wrong foot ALL the time on combo 3! That is going to take some practice! But it's so much fun! Love the music on both of them.
