hmmm what is shadow boxing? I want nice shoulders.

Today I did 1.5 rippedism workouts. I did legs + cardio and added on biceps/triceps - but only 23 minutes. I ran out of time.

Have a great day friends. It's a bit gloomy today.
 
Hi ladies I did a walk at lunch time and now am going out for a really long walk with my neighbour. Won't be able to fit in a work out as well. I wish I could do it in the morning but I'm up at 5.30 as it is to leave at 6.30. Anyway have a fabulous Friday and I'll speak to you on the weekend.
 
Hi Elsie and all who follow,

Today I did 21 minutes of Cathe's Hard Strikes up until the 2nd interval (the pop squats).

Then walked to the gym (13 minutes) and taught my new aerobic circuit class to one lady who loved it.
It was 51 minutes long.

Then I did 30 minutes of heavier than the circuit weights that I used during my class of weight work.

Then I walked home. 13 minutes

hmmm what is shadow boxing?
Just refers to boxing without a partner. Much like the DVD you gave me ....KCM. :)

Great workouts & walks today girls. Annette, sorry you didn't have more of a class for the longish class you were instructing. It will give you a good opportunity to perfect it, however!! Oh, LOVE Hard Strikes!!
 
Hi ladies,

Great workouts. It's a rest day for me today... Friday is just one of them days... Full day office, then bball training and a late dinner. End result = tired, headache and just not feeling it.

Tomorrow is a new day...
 
Hi everybody, hope your day has been good. I did do my blender Ripped w/ Hit mix tonight, approx. 35 min mix
Of cardio with. & without step and upper & lower body wt. work. Good little workout...Henriette, my Friday
Sounds a little like yours, a longer full day at work, which makes me more tired when I get home, then I must
Hurry & get my pup's dinner ready and take him for our evening walk. It's starting to get darker earlier now,
So I guess it won't be long before our walks in the evening will be getting shorter! Everyone have a good night.
