My workout was a 20 minute Relentless Jake (Youtube) Kickboxing & Core routine plus added a lot of those glider warrior lunges for a bit of lower body.

Today I did ICE Upper Body Circuit + Hardstrikes tabata bonus. Great workouts ladies. Great to just get something in.

Today I did 30 minutes of Taebo then went to the gym to teach my aerobic circuit class and then did 20 minutes of weight work to wrap up my own workout.

I did the low impact xtrain today and I'm loving it. Day 6 of the 90 day programme. Thank you all for the warm welcome this group is lovely and you keep me coming back for more.
 
Great job with your program PamRosa, xtrain is a great series. I was able to get in another short workout, I did a short Firm mix of low impact, wts, 4limb,etc. Good evening to all!

Hey .....got an email from tech support just a little awhile ago explaining that they switched to a new server today for improvements and yes, it does appear to be working after an absence (I don't like missing days on a subscription ...I realize that is cheap of me!! lol), except with Chrome. Therefore, rather than use my ChromeCast for now I will do the wire - HDMI outlet thing. I was using it quite a bit as all my DVDS are packed and gone to the new spot. lol.

Also, how are your plank challenges going? CeciFifi, I always forget about those bonuses with HardStrikes ....thanks for the reminder! Also, love your attitude .....just so healthy to get something in. Henriette, how are your BB w-o's going?
I downloaded a few & have yet to get to them. They appear to need adequate recovery & I am not sleeping enough for that type of training at the moment. When I get to those, I will probably ask for your advice! ;)
 
Elsie, the job that my son got is about 25-30 minutes away in the neighboring state. I stalled my plank challenge at 90 seconds my back was hurting so I didn't want to keep aggravating it.

Oh, that is so nice not be far away. :) I hope he is content with his employer! I am a very costly plane trip from my parents & I don't think it's good at all. (Air travel in Canada is more $$ than it is in the US - heck, I can fly to Vietnam for a fraction of the price than to go home)
Oh, glad you listened to your body, Annette. Have you seen anyone about your back yet or gotten yourself a massage or anything?
 
Actually I took some time off last week and my back feels much better now.

Well, I'm back again, just did another 30 min workout, this time I did a blender mix of RWH Lift It Hit It Legs &
Lower body.....so...that is 3 workouts today, I think I can call it a "workout day"!!!!
