Daily Check-in Fri 6-30

Unfortately I did not exercise as much as I would have liked on my trip. The gym was too warm...waaay too warm for lots of cardio. BLECH! And the free weight area was very tiny and usually had a few men taking up the space so we only did weights ONCE. I can not seem to enjoy the weight machines so even though they were available I really didn't use them except for the inner and thigh machines ONE time. The track was on the top most level of the ship and was unfortunately closed alot of the time due to wind so I didn't have much opportunity to do that either. If I could have done what I intended I may not have gained the weight that I did!x(

I finally got moving and did my own weight work out plus abs. I hope to get to the gym this afternoon for a nice long TM run as well. :)

I'm a little later today...kind of a strange day, schedule-wise.

Heather - Hang in there, remember how many wonderfully supportive people you have here.

Susan - I'm glad your pig is on the mend. They may be small in stature but they're all big in our hearts.

Yesterday turned out to be a marathon of work related workouts (okay, that sounds weird). I'm so glad that I skipped MIC yesterday...had to ride 8, unload hay, replace fencing that came down in a storm (including replacing three posts...AARRGGHH) and then bowling. I think that all qualified as a workout :7 .

This afternoon I did tackle MIC and, after yesterday, not an easy feat, but I got through it. Now I get to spend the rest of my day off with my DBF...nice dinner on the waterfront followed by fireworks at Bear Mountain State Park. I won't want to go back to work tomorrow, especially a horse show, I can tell you that!

Robyn: I replied in the thread a few days back. Graduation was great, but VERY long. There were 419 kids in his graduating class. Good luck with your son. We are now starting the college search for DS#3...WHEW!!!
 
Hey girls,

I just finished doing the floor work of LG with ankle weights. Probably not anymore cardio for today. Been very busy packing and washing and folding.Whew! I'm tired! I ran up my stair a million times so I guess that is considered cardio!

Just checking in again to say that I actually did my workout after work!! I did 46 min on the treadmill using an itread workout.
