TGIF!! and it's my last day of work until April 30th!! I'm off next week, and I can hardly believe it!!

Today's workout is GSC&T (everybody's favorite):+ ! Also the bonus cardio... not sure but I may just skip the bonus today. I think I'm good on cardio this week. I did a 40 minute CC run on Wed, IMAX2 yesterday, am doing CC PP, which is at least an hour long I believe, on Sunday in place of the 45 min SS run, and SJP is on tap for Monday. I don't think I'll miss 15 of cardio today.

Hi Jane and Phyllis and all who follow!

Spin class was fun y'day and yoga last night was wonderful. My sore parts are feelin' much better this morning!:)

Today is a short one...BBC shoulders and back. No cardio. It's good timing for a short work out as I will be on a tight schedule this afternoon. I am working this morning and have plans this evening. DS is spending the night at MIL's so I have to drive him up there this afternoon and then I'm going out for the evening from there...

Today is 45 min ss cyle and CM#3 . For a change, I'll do exactly that.
Well okay, I MIGHT do tomorrow's workout today.....since tomorrow is the weekend and harder to get use of the living room & TV....and tomorrows workout calls for SJP. Then I do the cyle ride in here and I can shut the door and not bother anyone.
Omg , can I not just do a rotation as written?:eek: :p Ha!

Well, we'll see.

Thank you Jane, for helping me with my eating yesterday.
I had a great healthy day of eating and feel like I am back on track.
I will track for at least a few more days at Spark People because I know it is motivating me and making me accountable.

Today is SJP....FUN!!! :7

Becky: I went ahead and ordered that Squeeze by Tracy dvd. I'll let you know if I like it when it comes. Don't worry about sticking to the rotation, the important thing is that you are at least doing something! I'm glad to hear you had a better food day, I'm still eating too much junk...:(

Jane: I'm so happy for you! You are going to have a glorious week. We'll want to see lots and lots of pictures.

Phyllis: The boy finally picked a college....whew! Me thinks you're going to have sore legs tomorrow :+

Okay, workout is complete!

I ended up doing step and weight circuit from SJP (don't like hi/lo) and combos 1-4 of Step Sweatfest. That was a good 50-55 minute workout.
Tomorrow I will do cycle and coremax.

Off to eat and shower !!!:D
 
I didn't work out last night.......I went to Planet Fitness and signed on, then tried a new way to get home and ended up in a traffic jam with barely enough time to meet SO for dinner. Today I will likely pick a shorter workout and tomorrow I'll put my game face on. I really hate that feeling of not being on top of things....

Phyllis: have fun with GS legs...whoo-hooooo!

Tig: Congrats on P90X and have fun tonight. I hope the ACE preparation is going okay....I cracked my book open once. x(

Jane: Enjoy the time off. So I suppose that means you will be doing twice as many workouts? :7

Becky: I can relate to the living room/workout hassles.

Tammy: What about going to the place you recommended? I could hit Planet Fitnees first, show up all sweaty, and stink out you and Doodles. :eek: Seriously, I'll email you both and float a few May dates for consideration.

Today is Core Max segment #3 and a TM run - I'll be doing iTread 3/40 this am for my cardio and looking forward to it.

WI this morning and I am .5# away from my goal weight; lost another 1.5# this past week AND its TOM for me too so maybe I'm already at goal? :7 by my 40th birthday I hope to be just under that ;)

* Jane : enjoy your vacation time from work, I'm sure you'll spend much of that off time snuggling up to that grandbaby of yours ;)

* Phyllis: I did GS Legs yesterday and I thought I'd feel some DOMS from that today but not just yet maybe after todays run - Have fun!

* Wendy : sounds like spin class was great! I've never been to one and it sounds interesting. Have a fantastic night out tonight!

* Becky - you're too funny about saying "Omg , can I not just do a rotation as written? Ha! "

Weekends are always harder for me to make better food choices but lately I have been on an insane peanut butter craving that even my kids are making fun of me. :9

* Tammy : SJP is on for tommorrow morning - looking forward to doing that one
I'm already wondering what Cathe will put out for a May rotation - I'm actually very proud of myself that I have been consistant with my WO's and following a planned rotation really does help me immensely.

Well time for me to get moving and WO.

ShyWolf, congratulations on your weight loss and meeting goal!! That is fantastic!!:7

Tammy thanks for the support. I have lost 3.6 pounds this week and have finally broken a very very long plateau with my weight loss. I still have a ways to go but at least I am losing again.

I did various weighted exercises off of MIS today including squats with no weight and abs.

I have to work this weekend so I probably won't be working out at all.:(

I honestly think working is helping because it keeps me away from the kitchen and food,LOL!! Hope this trend continues.

Sounds great Patti! In fact we should all work out first and then really stink up the restaurant....:eek: :eek: :eek:
 
Hi guys...sorry I have been MIA this week...

Tax season ended with a bang...efiling was bogged down, so I was here late Monday night...and tuesday, my FIL popped in on us...the in laws are up from Texas, but weren't supposed to land at my house until Friday, but instead my first night off in months...was spent at home alone with my FIL...he was good, so it wasn't awful, but not what I had in mind!

And then I started Wednesday and thursday off out at a clients...so it is still busy at work...

I have been working out...have doen Bootcamp and Muscle Enduranve bonus combo, Imax2 for the first time, and yea, that's gonna take a few times through to get the footwork...

Tomorrow, I have LIC on board...I just love that one and can actually do the whole thing since I have the day off...

This is my first weekend off this year, and the first day off since March 18th...so I am looking forward to it, in laws or not, it is still a weekend! And should be sunny!

Anyways, I need to read and catch up with you all, but wanted to post and say hi!

Well I already got my order today! Now that was FAST!

I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon and I got them already.
Great sale, fast order process and now I can not wait to do SJP tommorrow morning and put on my new bra LOL :p

Can you tell it's been a verrryyy looonnnggg time since I bought myself anything new? lol :D

I would've tried another WO today just to try out my new bras but my abs are still 'talking' after CM#3 :eek:

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to pop in and say I was still with the human race,and I have been racing along, that is for sure. DH is finally waking up, although they have had to put a feeding tube in his nose to get some much needed nutrition into him. He is eating on his own as well, and that is getting better, but he doesn't understand why he has a 3 wk blank spot in his life, and is so weak and underweight...I have some explaining ahead of me, obviously. I tried to tell him something about his coma, surgeries, etc, but I don't think everything is sinking in yet. He can speak somewhat, but some of it is garbled and not easy to understand. We are over the major hump, though, I think. It has not been an easy month, that is for sure. He still thinks it is March, and was watching the news with a confused expression today. I know he is wondering what happened at VT, etc..lots to fill in!

I have been working out, today was Marcus Irwin Airborne for 45 minutes, then coremax 2. I am getting up early tomorrow to do BM2 and then it is off to the hospital until my DS little league game. I can't wait until this is over..

Until then, thanks for all your continued thoughts and prayers, they are working. God takes his own time for a reason, and I am confident that will become clear as well. In the meantime I remain an impatient wife..:)
