I am doing the november rotation. Today is L&G, the CTX upper body split and the kickmax blast challenge and the cardio pemix of bootcamp to substitute the 20 minutes of running. I will add TJ 20 minutes workout and stationary bike. Have a great day everyone.

Happy Turkey Day ladies!!!!! I got my treadmill fixed yesterday, so i am going to do a walk/jog for 45 mins, floorwork from PLB and the UB premixes from BC and C/W
I did not complete my proposed step concoction - I did "just" MIC and the Step Challenge from Step Blast. That too just under 90 minutes, but I may try a walk later, depending on how windy it is.

HOLY MOLY!!!!!! I might rename A-Jocks Turkey Burner to Maximum Intensity Interval Max Extreme!!! Talk about sweating buckets!!! My AHR was 137 which I rarely get to doing Hi/Lo or step intervals!!!! I tried some MuscleMax weights, but my arms were too fatigued from SJP yesterday. So off to the shower...have a great day......Carole
I'm just relaxing with a glass of bubbly waiting for the turkey to be done. I woke up around 8:30 planning on jumping into the workout but decided to enjoy the quiet before DH got up. I had a HUGE egg white omelet (needed the yolks for the dessert) and had a few cups of java with Pumpkin spiced coffe mate. yum:9
I also am doing the Nov rotation but subbed the step from step and intervals for the running. I'm looking forward to enjoying the rest of the evening alone with my DH.
