Today will be MM UB, stretchMax, CM later and maybe some elliptical. Its a slow day at work so I will have time to do moe.

I did the 2nd half of C & W last night (minus the abs/stretch) and then did stretch max # 1.

Morning Ladies,
Wendy, time is getting closer. The baby is going to come out doing plyos and fast foot repeaters.
Didn't check in on Monday as Monday was my rest day ( first rest day in about 3 weeks)
Last evening: CTX Kickbox workout plus NY Ballet Floor Barre and Stretch segments.

Tonight: Viper on schedule

Good Morning Fit Women,

Shame on me. I didn't get my workout in yesterday. My body said..."sorry". What's a girl to do? So I took a nap instead after I got done cleaning.

Today I will then do the Legs and Shoulders, Core Max #3 and 30 mins of Aerobics.

Good morning everybody!

Well, I couldn't get out of bed this morning, so no exercise for me ;( .

My husband is sick and you know how men are, they are dying when they are sick, so I am really frustrated and mad!!!! x(

Maybe I can squeeze in 30 min on the treadmill tonight, that would be great!

Hope that everyone else has a better day when me!

Tonight is softball and hope to get in some GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps also. :) Looks like it will be in the 50's tonight, so not a repeat of last week. Hooray!

Cathy, you crack me up about the baby coming out doing "fast foot repeaters"! LOL!
Wendy, you are doing great, keep it up!

Today was Imax and ab hits. I really like Imax more and more. I don't know why, maybe it is because Cathe really praises your efforts on this one. I just love the part where she says " The important thing is that you are here." That "pep talk" really helps me through!

Last night I did BOOTCAMP for the first time!!! OMG, I love this workout already. No wonder everyone always raves about it!

I have no idea what I'm going to do tonight. I'm still on a Bootcamp high.

I also got my high step today, so maybe I'll do the workout that came with it!

WHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
 
Good morning - Today is supposed to be CTX upper body - but i am going to have to figure out a substitution since I don't own it - any suggestions?? Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders only.......

Pilates class today as well and walk with the dog. Going to go and find my moms present for Mothers Day - I have too many ideas and not enough cash - x(

I am super excited to get my Circuit Max that I won on Ebay! I am so excited! I never have gone onto Ebay before, and now I can see how addicting it is. I would never buy the Cathe dvds off Ebay bc I would want the warranty from Cathe, but there are some great older step tapes VHS that I do kind of want.............................:9

Good morning ladies...

Kristine...I know just how you feel with a sick DH. Mine was sick during my 4 days off work...x( then of course he shared it with me!!

So my run yesterday was 7 miles which felt like 26...somebody has crept into my body and sucked out all my energy...I think I am going to have to finally take a rest day..:(

I'll do L&G floor legs I didn't do yesterday, ab & core work, a 4 mile run and maybe chest & back...

Good morning everyone! Great job on all those tough workouts!

So Shelley - how tough was Bootcamp really? I'm worried that it will kill me. Literally. Maybe I should build up to it.

This morning I did Step Blast - fun fun fun! HRM says I got up to 99% of my max HR - yowza. And averaged 89% of max HR. I need a shorter step! (Using my 6.5" Firm box, which I hate. Have a Club Step on order so I can go down to 4".) My aerobic capacity is obviously not the greatest (I am always amazed by those of you who say Low Max doesn't get your heart rate up!), but Cathe is whooping my @ss into shape slowly but surely.

Does anyone else's face turn beet red when they work out hard? Or is it just me? My husband says I look like a tomato. ;) Even after I get out of the shower and am feeling all cooled off, my face is still bright red like I've got a bad sunburn. Hope it's not just me...
 
Thanks Carole, I am sure glad I am at work. I had the same thing last week, so I gave it to him I guess.

Emily - Yes, if I do one of the IMAXes my face is red even after the shower, my DH always ask me, are you ok, you are doing too much etc. I feel fine, my face just turns red. I think it's that anerobic thing what make my face turn red.

Emily - Bootcamp was hard. But not as hard as it could have been. So we're moving on;) Seriously, it was definitely really hard, but so much fun and it went by so quick, with the constant moving and the circuit thing. I loved it.

Good morning!

Today I did Christi Taylor's "Totally Cool Step", followed by the KickMax leg conditioning drills and stretch. When doing the conditioning drills, I stopped holding onto the chair for balance while doing the single practice kicks. This made me use my core more for balance. I liked the effect.

Jes - I have that problem with my dh as well. We don't have a guest bedroom, unfortunately, so one of us usually ends up on the couch on nights like that. It's aggravating, isn't it? I did PUB y-day too! Great minds....

Wendy - I did SM #1 y-day, too. I was wondering about all those inverse stretches right at the start. Have you been told anything about doing/not doing inverted moves while pregnant?

Laurie Mac - have fun at the ballgame! I'm still thinking about that cheer....

Shelley - what workout came with your High Step? Bootcamp is a hoot, and the Core Premix will do superb things to your core.

Conni - I like Cathe alot during IMAX, as well! I find it especially motivating when she praises Hope for modifying during the power scissors blast. Kind of takes the pressure off of us to have to do the workout "perfectly."

Reba - enjoy Circuit Max! It's a goody! I don't know what other workouts you own, but I generally find Power Hour, or Muscle Endurance to be decent replacements for CTX.

Emily - SB is my favourite Cathe steady-state cardio. It's got it all goin' on! You are definitely working too hard if your heartrate was up to 99% of it's max! Hopefully when you get to workout on the 4 inch club step, you will no longer have the lingering beet red face. I think that means you've pushed things too hard (IMO).
